Why Fitness is so important

Today I see so many people aged from 18-24 suffering from obesity. A number of people aged from 13-20 also are over weighted. 10 years down the line, who knows I might aswell see kids, a increased number of adults, and aged people all suffering from obesity or other health problems, regarding overweight issues.
We have to put a stop to this and encourage our society to take up fitness. We have to stress this out to our community, family, friends, schools, work places, etc because these days, many people have health problems because of obesity or fitness related issues. Maintaining fitness not only avoids health problems, but also does a lot of things to us. Being physically fit is important but so is being mentally fit or emotionally fit. Doing at least 30 min-60 mins of physical activity everyday, will make you mentally lighter, and emotionally it will give you a sense purpose and remove any negative thoughts such as depression or anxiety. You will also look a lot more physically fit, and your body shape will have changed.
Any form of physical activity or mindfulness/wellness is beneficial. Yoga and meditation is recommended, because these days most people are into this practice, as it helps you to calm down and helps you to be mentally fit.
Children are the most active out of all age groups and that's what makes them so joyful and energetic all the time. Teens tend to spend majority of their free time either studying or being occupied with any form of technology, and that's why obesity is more common in this age group. Adults don't really have that much spare time on their hands because of their work, and then taking care of the house. But try to take some time of to be a bit more active even if it is just a couple of times or once a week. Older people or our senior citizens are prone to health issues the most and it is also hard for them to do a lot of a physically activity. But they can just go for a walk around their neighbourhood once or twice a week or everyday, because it will make a huge difference.
Get outside and get physically! Stop being lazy, because the effects will benefit you and your body. It is said that people who exercise and do physically activity are privileged to live longer. You will look better, feel better and sleep better. So add exercise on your everyday schedules, so you don't forget, and get up and move around and live a happy, healthy, longer life!
